No, its not wrong. Your uncle cared for your granddad during his dying years, so why shouldnt he get some benefit from it?

Realistically it is the wrong thing to do if your uncle is in excellent health but at the same time I have been to so many stores in the country that have perhaps twenty disabled spots and usually at least fifteen are empty. The company I work for has 10 spots (required by law) but we only have one disabled employee and my reference is to the employee parking area. I doubt your uncle is taking up a badly needed spot from a truly disabled person.

Turn him in! You want to tell somebody - tell the police! Someone who is really disabled might have severe problems because your uncle is breaking the law, and sitting in a parking space that is not his. It makes me sick. Offer him an ultimatum - either he does it of his own will and throws the sticker away/destroys it, whatever, in your presence, or you turn him in. Simple. He can do like a man, or like a child!

My grandmas used my dead uncles disable stickers to get closer parking spots...I think it is wrong, just think of the people that could really use that parking spot and how you would feel if you were the disabled one that needed that spot and someone that was capable was using it...I think it's a disgust! :(

I believe it's against the law. The stickers are to be used by the disabled person only. You're a good person to recognize this.

You know the answer to this. If he doesn't need it, he shouldn't use it. However just because he isn't entitled to it, doesn't mean he doesn't really need it.
When I had my first MS attack, I couldn't walk further than a few steps, but was not able to get a sticker.
However by reporting him, or telling him to give it up you will damage your relationship with him, and as much as families are a pain at times, it can always get worse...

Surely you have to have proof that you are a disabled person when a vehicle is re-taxed. Like a form from the DSSS (I think)

It's not right and I'm sure it's illegal (if not it should be). It's foul that your Uncle sees fit to take a space designated for someone who needs it just because he is lazy. Ask him why he does it and whether HE thinks it's ok!

Its not right but maybe your grandfather told your uncle to keep using it after he dies.Or this may sound crazy but mabe your uncle uses it as a memory of your grandfather. I would just stay out of it and just let it be.
