Is your problem the topic or the country. If it is the country, then find universal issues to address. Tie in a few examples for the specifics you learn about Greece.

It seems to me that Greece does not have any major rivers. This would mean that water is more difficult to distribute. There are mountains and hills separating major cities. There are many islands. Greece, I assume, could benefit from desalinization improvements.

Trade is interesting, because they are at odds with their nearest neighbors. They want to be an active part of the EU, but their infrastructure, economy and education is not up to the same level as other countries. Trade need to help their agricultural products such as olives. Tourism is a big part of the economy.

Any way, think about these items and integrate them into a speech.
