Many, if not most, do. I would recommend looking at the Palm PDAs:

My favorite top-notch PDA are the Palm Tungsten T/X and Palm LifeDrive.

They all can, but Pocket PC are heavily tied to Windows on the desktop so the aftermarket Mac sync software is limited in comparison, so stay away from Pocket PC, besides my personal opinion is that they are very inefficient compare to Palm.

Palm can sync with Macs out-of-box, that's a plus for you.

A current list of PDAs and phones that work with iSync can be found at Apple's web site ( http://apple.com/isync ).

Palms work great, but they need the free Palm Desktop software and the iSync Palm Conduit plugin from Apple.

Windows Mobile PDAs need The Missing Sync ($40) from Mark/Space ( http://markspace.com ) to work with iSync.
