Read both answers. Thanks. Will ck JoAnn Fabrics here for those pins. As for the Gorilla Glue, problem is the headliner is not actually "down" anywhere, so do not know how to get "under" it.

Very common problem, Go to a fabric shop. We have a chain store called Jo Ann's fabrics. ask them for some upholstery pins that twist in, they are a little button with two twist prongs on them.

Not that I know a lot about cars, but my brother in law had that problem with the headliner in his car and he tried "Gorilla Glue" and it has kept it in place. You can buy it at Lowe's or Wal-mart, places like that.....
