about 2 months ago there was a ticket on my car, but when i open the envelope there was nothng there. did i get that ticket and someone took it out or what? is there a place online or somewhere i could call to find out if i did? thankx =)

They will send you a notice if you do not respond in time, if you even have a summons. Sounds like someone played a joke on you.

Call the police department in the city or county in which you recieved the empty ticket and ask if you were supposed to recieved a ticket.
