Typically, when you get any kind of infection, your lymph nodes will swell.

may be as lymph nodes produce B cell & T cell for immunity of the body. hence any infection inrease production of B & T cell so there is chance of swolling lymph node.

I've gone through the infection before, DRINK YOUR CRANBERRY JUICE!
I never had problems with my lymph nodes
