Usually it's from poor diet or not being active enough during the day. Also, if you're taking two 2-hour naps, you're sleeping too much, and that can make you more tired. I would start taking a multi-vitamin, cut the caffeine during the day to a minimum, and try to get in at least 15-30 minutes of some type of cardio activity a day (even if it's just chasing the kids around or dancing to the radio). You'd be surprised how much it'll help. I used to sleep twelve hours a night and still be tired...
Hope it helps!

Perhaps it's the weather. Humidity makes it worse as it makes us feel tired and restless always and will always feel that way no matter how many hours we sleep. On the other hand, maybe you need some supplements and extra nutrition. Go see a doctor and have a blood test done, examine your haemoglobin level and if it's low, the doctor will supply you with some iron tablets. Do not buy any OTC drug as it is dangerous without a doctor's recomendation and advise. Unwanted side effects may come alongside if taking them without prescription. Hope this helps.

You could have medical problems like thyroid condition, fibromyalgia, etc. You need to get a blood test to be sure and get your doctor to check your thyroid for a nodule or cold spot. Your immune system could be low. You need blood work to find out what the problem is. If you get 8 hrs sleep and are still tired then you might not be getting the deep sleep required to rejuvenate your body.

You should stop taking the naps and keep entertained .. if you over sleep your body you will feel tired, and make sure you are eating right, plenty of fiber and protein to keep your body moving.

You might need to take an iron supplement, but first go to dr. and get your hemoglobin checked, Iron deficient anemia can cause you to feel tired all the time.

You may be pregnant. You may be old. You need more exercise. You need to cut back on your caffine. Your body is suffering from Global Warming.
