It will start soon. Sometimes shows just start later because of filming delays or script edits. Also, it is now being shown more prominently in reruns on TBS and such to build a momentum from the Emmy nomination, so when the season starts it will gain a larger audience. Another reason is that if newer shows are on at the same time, a prominent show will wait to see if that show fizzles out in the beginning to premiere and retain its audience against competition.

I think they moved it to Friday nights. Its not on Mondays anymore but it hasn't been cancelled either. Check your local listings for Fridays.
