I am only 6 weeks along, and I have actually lost about 8 lbs. Still, everything feels "tight" to me. Is is totally stupid to buy maternity clothes already? My husband says I don't look any different, but why everything feeling tight then?

I think if it makes you feel comfortable, then go ahead and get some maternity clothes. Making yourself comfortable during your pregnancy is very important. I didn't start wearing maternity clothes til around 6 months, but a girl I work with, who is very tiny, started wearing maternity clothes around 2 months because she felt everything was tight on her. It's not 'totally stupid' to buy maternity clothes already, you are going to need them at some point anyway, right? If everything is feeling tight, your weight might be shifting or you may be bloated. Just my opinion. Congrats :-)

You're probably a bit bloated from the pregnancy. It's not too early to buy maternity clothes, but I'd wait and just buy some looser regular clothes if I were you. Or better yet borrow some of your husband's clothes or wear clothes that were loose on you before. Congrats!

Hunny....you dont know tight yet. Just wait!!! And i was the same way with my first pregnancy. I couldnt wait to get into maternity clothes. With this one i absolultly hate them and keep trying on my old clothes thinking that they are going to fit. If i were you I would just find some clothes that are more confortable. If those are maternity clothes. Do it!

you are most likely just being "aware" of the way things fit you. after I had my son I couldn't stand to wear jeans for months. I looked the same as I did preprego and everything fit me...but I couldn't stand jeans. I'd guess you probably are just noticing the way things fit you. but if it is uncomfortable you could get the "early maternity clothes" the pants that just have a short waistband not the ones that cover your belly. they are really comfortable and then you could still wear normal tops. check oldnavy.com

You might be getting a little bigger around the middle. It's your body's way of preparing. It's normal. Embrace it and love it. Buy yourself some cute babydoll tops in stretchy materials. Comfort is the key.

some days in the past. It under no circumstances is going to really disappear. If something has damage you huge time then how can it merely all of unexpected be ok? I have merely discovered to ignore about issues so as that they don't keep on hurting me day in, day vacation. merely taking care of myself and getting on with playing my life instead of having damage through different individuals's moves each and every of the time. someone can in worry-free words damage you in case you enable them.
