I think you've got something with the punching bag. Get over to Academy Sporting Goods and get that bag. Wrap it real good with masking tape and go at it with the gloves.
I have a younger sister who goes thru the same thing, lol. My mom says she'll never find a husband with that temper, lol.

Actually there are a couple of things better than punching a bag, because if you don't know how, then you will only hurt the one you love, that be you! Keep a jump rope handy and fast jump, another great way even if you never ever played golf and hate it go to a driving range, they have used clubs tee up the ball and hit the sh*it out of it! Frustration color me gone!

I used to drive with my music blasting but I don't do that anymore, damn near killed myself. Um....sometimes a warm bath helps me calm down along with a good cry. Screaming helps too although your throat will make you sorry for it. Hell if all else fails find somebody to yell at. Let them know that you need to vent. Sometimes you just need to get the sh_t off your chest.

Take up Karate, or get a membership to a gym. If you are in school take up track or another sport that they offer. Don't hurt anybody good luck.

Get you one of those dammit dolls and you can whack her head against the desk a few times and feel ever so much better! My supervisor has one and every so often I go into her office and she lets me use it.

remember, God said, 'VENGEANCE IS MINE!" He will repay all those who do harm to others.
