I think that your internet connection speed is too slow.or your internet server in your network had problems.
the last problem may be uncorrect proxy settings.check it from administrator or your internet provider.

All you have to do is close the page. The reason(s) why "This Page Cannot Be Displayed, are:
1) You incorrectly typed the web address
2) The website is expierenceing problems.
3) The website no longer exists.

If you actually have an internet connection, click back, forward or refresh. If the page doesn't update, you don't have a connection to the net.

I was getting that the other day and I called the cable company and they were having problems and were working on it. It was due to a local connection being unplugged or something. It wasn't my computer.
