I looked all over the internet for the very same thing. I came up with pin the tail on the cat, pin the wart on the witch, bobbing for apples, a version of "it" where you use "mummy" instead of "it", a game of duck duck goose using ghost ghost goblin instead, and a few others.
I will try to find the websites and post the addresses later.

Try www.bhg.com, Better Homes and Garden's website and www.about.com and search for Halloween party games and family crafts, and www.kidsdomain.com. They all have a few games, crafts, and recipes. Kraft foods website has a LOT of Halloween recipes for kid's parties. Good luck!

I belong to our local PTA and every year we put on a harvest fest. maybe you can try a few of these games depending their ages: 1) a pumpkin hoola hoop toss= 3 Large pumpkins set in a triangle 1 at top, two at each side with enough space just enough for the hoop to fit around the pumpkins (advanced) for smaller kids only use 1 or 2 pumpkins depending on age then award prize accordly. NEXT:MUMMY RAP(not song) take out your least expensive unused tolietpaper rolls give 2 to how ever many sets of 2team players you have 1will be the MUMMY the other will be theRAPPER this is a timed game usually given 1min. and the 2player team to finish 1st wins. okay this is how it's done everyone lines up in a row w/a partner mummy/rapper give out the T.P.=2 rolls to the rapper they need to cover their mummy completely if they break the T.P. they can keep going that's ok .DO NOT COVER FACE! around head ok first one done or the one who is most covered or looks the most like a mummy can be the winner it's your party your call!, also another fun game that you can do is have the kids think they are placing their hands in something gross but actually its spagetti noodles cold of course! in a big bowl and have mixed in it small plastic spiders,or plastic bugs that they have to grab out of bowl w/blind-fold on and who ever gets the most out wins., and you can do a guessing game of how many items are in a jar like plastic spiders/eyeballs or candycorn etc.and the one who guesses closes to the correct amount without going over is the winner. these are just a few ideas i hope they help and are maybe just a little different than bobbing for apples.
