when having you carpart cleaned need the this method?steamed ---dry---wet---?

Wet will actually get it wet all the way through the pad, and the mold will start the next day!! YIKES! When I renovate old houses it amazes me how much mold is under the pad and rug of wall to wall carpeting in some of the places.

Dry doesn't seem to clean jack ****, so I use steam to get it clean and avoid it being so wet that the next week everyone starts to get sick.
