Kurts only problem was from being shoved under the rug by the WWE. They sent him to ECW so they could try to get him out of sight and then he outsmarted them by getting out of his contract.

When a wrestler gets hurt it's like they can't wait to get back to doing the job they love. They feel they will lose their spot which took them 5-10 years to achieve.

Boss! You've been saying what I've been saying these past couple of hours. Kurt lied to get out of his contract! I don't believe he isn't that hurt.

I agree with the Boss.
Kurt needs to get completely away from the WWE.
I mean, they're driving everyone away anyway, right?
(No sense in him continuously being dogged by the McMahon clan any longer than he has been).

He has no problems, he said that **** so he could be granted his release, it was part of his plan to leave WWE to TNA.
Isn't it obvious?
