Neither is worse. They both suck.
Sex without love is easy to get, it scratches an itch and you're free to move on. But too much or too often can make you feel empty and worthless. The connection to another person is missing.
Being with the one you love is fulfilling up to a point. But love without sex is missing the physical component so important in a satisfying relationship. The intimacy piece is missing, and that can kill a partnership

Love without sex... I mean, lets be honest here, we have all had the sex without love, and damn it was fun... but if I were in love with someone and for some reason couldn't have sex with him, then I guess I would feel insufficient. Wouldn't that be a big ol' kick in the teeth?
