Capricorn...?

Question

Im a capricorn...and why the hell is my symbol half goat and half fish...what exactly is that supose to represent?i cant really think how it relates ot me who what its suppose to symbolize that pertains to me...

help me out..fill me boyeeee

I used to have the same question. Check out wikipedia and it's explanation. It's kinda weird. At first the animal for the capricorn was a mountain goat, symbolizing it's isolationist personality because goats are not pack or herding animals(we tend to spend time alone and like it that way), our ambitous drive to achieve (climbing up the mountains and dodging challenges on a slippery slope) and our nimble minds.

The fish tail symbolizes our ability to adapt to different situations and atmospheres. We find a way to make things work even when it seems all our chips are down. The seagoat shows that we can swim in the sea just as any fish and we can climb a mountain like all other wooly mountain goats.

I'm also a Capricorn. The Capricorn sign originally was the unicorn, but it was changed to the goat, there are also ancient paintings and drawings of the sea goat which is said to be mysterious, half fish, and half goat. Capricorns seem to have an insight into all things, even before hand sometimes, we are the wisest sign, and in a catagorie by ourselves, because we are so unique. Saturn is the ruling planet of Capricorn, the planet of restriction, and acheivement we are ambitious, and will settle for nothing less than the best. Capricorns are high acheivers. you should be proud you are born under the sign of Capricorn, theres no other astrological sign as unique as a Capricorn.
