Urban Decay has awesome eletric blue eyeshadow. Not a n everyday item to wear but can be nice when you go out

i guess u could say it is out for most people. make up stylists are reccomending useing a shadow that highlights your natural color and is appropriate depending on its function. If your eyes are blue you would want to use a brown or gold hue to make the blue pop. If you are going out at night you want a darker more dramatic eye, during the day you want a light natural look. You can't help but look like a hooker when wearing blue eye shadow....it is out. Been out and should stay out.

Maybe at a nightclub is ok, it depends on your look, if you can carry it off and it's a gray-blue shade - then go for it. Just don't look cheap and tacky!

but if u do want 2 do a blue use a eyeliner instead of a shadow .

i wear blue along my lash line only. Watch what not to wear.... Carmandy uses navy a lot.
