OK Cunningham was the best. Young, since when is he really known as a dual-threat? I guess for as long as Culpepper being known for his running. Sorry but I think Cunningham is the only good one I have seen. He could beat you with his arm and if he had to he would beat you with his legs. I would say Kordell Stewert should be up there but he couldn't quite do it as a QB. He had a problem with his emotions, where he basically couldn't get a hold of himself and was screwed up the rest of the game after throwing a INT. If he could have gotten past that he may have been a great QB and would have been one of the next best. As to Vick, I still say if a QB is inconsistant they shouldn't be a QB at least with as long as he has had. You aren't talking about a Rookie or even like third year. You aren't talking about a man that is rusty. You are talking about a RB that is trying to be a QB with him. He can't be a great dual-threat until he becomes a good QB.

I just want to say something else on Culpepper, without Moss he is showing he isn't that great as a QB. Also I don't think he will be running much anymore, so that is why he is known for his running. It's not whether or not he COULD do it, it is whether or not he CAN still do it. Until and unless he shows he can then he won't be known for his running.

1. Steve Young - he has the best QB rating for a running QB
2. Warren Moon - right there with Steve
3. Randall Cunningham - especially early in his career
4. Michael Vick - best runner of all, but needs to work on passing.
5. Donovan McNabb - excellent balance between the two

Sorry, but Culpepper isn't that good in the passing game, especially when you count the turnovers.

Vick. He won't be the excellent passer yet he's a gamble to run, and he has a cannon of the arm. Vince youthful has no longer been shown to be a passing probability yet (and he lacks the arm Vick has). He purely caught communities off look after by ability of being a rookie ( i might say McNabb yet he needs to stay healthful and he quite does not run as lots, nevertheless that is with the aid of fact he does not could) And to the guy who pronounced S. youthful become the final twin probability QB to win a championship? overlook John Elway? the two have been given their rings nevertheless while they found out to bypass first, run 2nd (which Vick hasn't --Vince looks like he's conscious this nevertheless, so they are wish). yet another occasion become randle cunningham. no longer has undesirable of a passer as Vick (unquestionably fairly sturdy), yet had his maximum sucess in terms of team-wins with the Vikings in ninety 8 while he too found out to apply the legs as a final motel, or purely to purchase time at the back of the line of scrimmage (like that classic McNabb clip vs. the Cowboys the place ran around for 5-ish seconds and nonetheless made the bypass). each and all of the previous scramblers like Staubach, or the unique Fran "the Scrambler" Tarkenton, used their legs to purchase time, to no longer tutor into RBs.

You did say of all time? You forget probably the best ever...look at the stats...Fran Tarkenton. Would agree with Cunningham and Steve Young (pushing Tarkenton for best ever) but no to McNabb and Culpepper. Vick maybe but he still has to prove he can win with that style. Another one to mention that probably doesn't come up often...Elway...only QB ever to have 3,000+ yards passing and 300+ yards rushing for 9 straight years.

I agree, but I would put McNabb above Vick because he has done more with his career (3 straight NFC championship games)
