Indistiral psych, cool. There are a lot of things that can be done, it all depends on what you are looking for and the type of job that the questionnaires would be circulated in. Personally, I like pulling questions from the MMPI and giving them to staff to see where they fall. Also, look into Psychogeometrics, it is an interesting twist on personality types and their approproate place int the workfoce.
