I am just looking for good brain teasers that I can put on the board or print off for some grade 9 students I work with in an English and Math class.

Answer: I would rather the crocodile attack the alligator. Read the sentence again to see the double meaning.

This is an unusual paragraph. I'm curious how quickly you can find out what is so unusual about it. It looks so plain you would think nothing is wrong with it. In fact, nothing is wrong with it! It is unusual though. Study it, and think about it, but you still may not find anything odd. But if you work at it a bit, you might find out. Try to do so without any coaching!

Answer: The letter 'e', which is the most common letter in the English language, does not appear once in the paragraph.

I accept as true with Champ. this finding like a hypothetical one. If 3 human beings score a century. They already have 3 hundred on the board. If Gambhir rankings 6 situations better than Virat and Virat is going directly to attain a century, it ability Gambhir scored six hundred!!!! Am i appear like chicken or what? *planned grammatical blunders* Yahoo become suitable. this could bypass in jokes type. Regards.

Bookstores are chock full of brainteasers. Barnes & Noble usually has a section devoted to just that, as do most other large booksellers.
