If you want glowing skin it takes more than a good workout, it takes good nutrition and lifestyle habits too.

For example:

- smoking cigarettes is horrible for your skin and there is little you can do that will do more damage.
- sunbathing also wrinkles up your skin, gives you discolorations and spots and can lead to skin cancer
- drinking more than a little, or often dehydrates your skin and gives it an ashen aura, and can make your nose red

Do:
- drink lots of water, 8 glasses a day minimum
- eat lots of fruits and vegetables, the more color in your diet the better
- eat lean protein which nurishes every part of your body
- exercise regularly, 30 minutes of almost anything a day will do you good, if you want your body to be at it's best, you should be lifting weights or doing strength training (via yoga or pilates) at least 2 times a week, and cardio activities 3-6 times a week

There's a great book on great skin called the Perricone solution. He's a doctor. Among the things you should eat regularly:
- salmon
- olive oil
- berries
- oatmeal
- tomatoes
- broccoli
- spinach
- nuts
- red wine (1 glass a day)

Sex also gives your skin a temporary glow.

I tried it and my skin was noticibly better in less than a week.

I live by all the prinicples above and I look at least 15 years younger than my 47 years.

Just get pregnant... Expectant mothers have an eternal and natural glow about them! This way you won't have to exercise at all!!! Plus, you can eat all that you want (Ice Cream, Chocolate, Pickles, etc.)...

For that eternal glow, you need to be dead and become an angel.

But then you can't use Yahoo! Answers.

Me, I'd rather use Yahoo! Answers and live with my fleeting, post-coital afterglow.
