Well you are pissed off and I am depressed. What are we both going to do? My guess , it would have to involve a male.
Don't be pissed off. Just try and do something you like to do.
You have so many kind people here on yahoo and so many that love you outside yahoo.

I really hope you calm down soon, it is not good for you to get angry.

Breathe slowly and think positive thoughts. Try not to let the anger consume you. Once you have a clear head, then you are able to address the situation much more rationally and hopefully not say anything that you will regret later.

relax..take a deep breath and kick someone in the ***, kidding...that is a sure good way to calm down..

Go sit in your car, and scream with the windows rolled up.

Breathe deeply, in through your nose, out through your mouth, take twice as long to breathe out as you did breathing in.

Count backwards from 100.

seriously, tell yourself the truth.
~we are ALL only human.
~we ALL make mistakes.
~NONE of us are perfect.
~we all have our fears, weak moments, and acts of stupidity and regret.

forgive the wrong.

~ breathe deep and be open to the fact that you are only human too. admit to yourself that YOU too had some small part in the out come.

Why r u here,huh?!I wonder..you're still ***** the net?Go to drink 4 glass of water....then go to the toilet... dont pee,okey?but wait there for 15 minutes...then see how hard not to pee...you'll feel the pain from the inside.but you shouldnt pee...anger is similar of that...you'll be burnin from the inside but ne'er be able to do something...so try not to burn yourself...dont even think bout the event that made you angry..the more you'll think bout it now..it'll burn you...forget it....!!!
