It was not the hellenic culture!! It was the MACEDONIAN culture he was from MACEDONIA!! Todays country called MACEDONIA!! This country was divided in 1913! He was from the part that was divided to greece! Greece took all of MACEDONIA'S history regarding Alexander the Great!! After 1913 greece renamed all cities, villages, lakes and rivers! Macedonians in that part were stripped from their human rights!! And for your answer he when all the way to India!!!
