I'm sorry doll but if he get's sentenced for years then he deserves that much. He could've taken so many peoples lives in his drinking and driving. I knew a young mother of two beautiful girls who was killed by a drunk driver almost 2 yrs ago. He was not locked up after so many offenses. If he would've been she would still be here and those 2 little girls would have their Mom. Anyone who has DWI Should be sentenced to the maximum extent...i don't know numbers but I'm sure most drunk drivers that caused fatal accidents had 2-3 notches under their belt.

I'm with Cobra, I've had to do things like pick babies feet up out of the road, hold compresses on the head of a scalped grandfather, and look a father in the eye telling him that Life Flight is on the way for his son, because of people like him driving drunk. He'll more than likely go to jail. If he doesn't, let us know and we'll petition an action against the judge that let him go. Find a new bf, this guy is going to end up as road kill anyway.

Lets just say you should be happy he gets put away ,then maybe he will learn his lesson.Drinking and driving is not a joke that should be passed over, I'm surprised he is not in jail already ,i'ts wrong. My sister was killed by a drunk driver,When you drink and drive it is not an accident. Why would you want a man who cares
so little about the life of others. If he doesnt go to jail he should........ Good luck

With any luck he will so that way we would have one less drunk on the highway to worry about. I just hope that they will give the max sentence that they can. If they would only kill themselves when they get into an accident then I wouldn't care but no they also have to take innocent people with them and many times the drunk walks away without a scratch and the innocent people have to pay the price because they are so self centered as not to care who and what lives are changed

4 DWI in 3 months, around these parts its license suspenstion, possible jail time, and impossible to insure. Your BF shouldnt be allowed to drive anymore!!!!

Depends on the state.. but I believe at a minimum his drivers license will be revoked.
If it was already then he has more problems.

But.. YOU need to figure out why you are in a relationship with someone who can not make simple decisions like drinking and driving. come on.... that one is a no brainer and 4 times in 3 months? this guy has a problem and he needs to fix it. YOU have a problem because you are sticking by this guy and bein an enabeler. WHY???? WHY do you feel like it is your job? YOU can't change him - thats his choice.

What's your question?? My questions is, why was he out of jail to begin with, and how does he still have a driver's license??? Seriously, I hope they put him in jail forever. What would you do if he was drunk and driving and he killed one of your family members?? Hello, there's no excuse for his behavior. It's odvious he needs professional help, more than you could ever give him!

You had better hope he goes to jail and into some sort of program. The honest answer is you had better leave this loser boyfriend.

I would say he will although it won't be for overly long. he will most likely get a hefty fine and com service. Maybe even get a deal to go to some program. sorry
