Well I live in Jamaica and I love the view of the beaches and sunset at Rick's Cafe in Ocho Rios and the Lighthouse in Negril. Also YS Falls and Dunns River Falls are lovely for climbing and rafting.

Ricks Cafe in Negril The cliff is at the end of a small cove. You can jump or dive and then climb the ladder at the bottom and come back via the cement steps on the other side. For those less adventurous there are smaller cliff's to dive from at the bottom. Those are more like 8 feet. At the top is a lifeguard who will give you advice and let you know when its clear to go. Be sure to tip him well. My advice. Don't wear a thong and tighten those cheeks.

Jamaica is the largest english speaking island in the caribbean. It is 145 kilometers south of Cuba and 160 kilometers west of Haiti. Its capital city, Kingston, is about 920 kilometers southeast of Miami. At its greatest extent, Jamaica is 235 kilometers long, and it varies between 35 and 82 kilometers wide. With an area of 10,911 square kilometers, Jamaica is the largest island of the Commonwealth Caribbean and the third largest of the Greater Antilles, after Cuba and Hispaniola. Pedro Bank, an area of shallow seas, with a number of cays (low islands or reefs), extending generally east to west for over 160 kilometers, lies southwest of Jamaica. To the southeast lie the Morant Cays, fifty-one kilometers from Morant Point, the easternmost point of mainland Jamaica.

The places of attraction are Blue mountain peak (7402feet), Blue Lagoon in Portland, Sting Ray city at James Bond beach in Oracabessa St. Mary, Dolphin Cove,Dunn's River Falls in Ocho Rios St. Ann and many more attractions such as craft shops, sandals chain of hotels etc.

Dunns River Falls was a beautiful thing to see. Just be careful, I
wouldn't suggest independent exploring. Go with a group or take a guided tour. Doctor's Cave Beach in Montego Bay was fun too.

For something a little different, the Luminous Lagoon in Falmouth near Montego Bay is worth seeing. Microorganisms in the water glow when disturbed so when anything moves (like a swimmer, fish, boat, etc) you see a blue glow in the water.

Dunns River Falls was a lot of fun. Just make sure that you rent the shoes. You'll need them. Just beware of the 'market' at the exit of the falls. They will haggle you to buy something.
