Differential heating by the sun causes warm and cold volumes of air which expand (warm areas) and contract (cold areas) to form the high and low pressure areas, the wind is air moving from high to low pressure.

The Sun. Air gets heated in one locality and rises, colder air from the outskirts of that area move in at a low level to replace the air that has risen.This movement of air builds until it is a breeze, wind or even gale.

The trees blow!
But you have to feed them baked beans (heinz) to make them blow in the opposite direction!
Fedd your trees with baked beans or lettuce or anyhting else that makes us fart to make them blow the other direction!
