Because I want to adopt another child from China. There are several thousand little girls waiting to be adopted that were abandoned. It costs about 17 grand and I am too strapped for cash right now.

well, for one, if i won the lottery, i sure wouldn't be telling anyone it was a hand out!
for two, I would hope that you would think it was a blessing, and want to bless others in return; (church's, charity's, family, ppl going thru crisis...)
