I once came across an American one, I think it was something like the World School Library or similar. Apparently started by an altuistic president... Unfortunately I never found it useful and so deleted it from my favourites. Hope this helps. It was free.

Most of the public libraries can be accessed online provided one is a member of it!

There are many online libraries but none for free. Just google online library or Yahoo it or whatever.

Its not a bad idea to buy books/DVDs/computer games from eBay. Once you've used/read them, sell them again and if your marketing is better than the original seller's, you'll start making money too.
