take an exced.pm & take my as_ a nap......i normally wake up with a better attitude. or that im still groggy & dont care. but make sure u set your alarm for 2hrs or you wont sleep at all at night.

i think about how in about 1hr it wont matter and i wont have to waste my energy getting mad, also if someone is around me, i try not to get mad in the first place, i dont like other people see me get irrational about a small problem
