I think TNA are seriously irresponsible to give Angle a contract - if the man continues to wrestle, he's going to end up crippled in no time at all.
Kurt - you should do the right thing now and RETIRE!!! You've already cemented your place as one of the all-time greats, you've got nothing else left to prove.
Although... if the rumours about Goldberg signing for TNA are true, just imagine... Kurt Angle vs Bill Goldberg. Now that's making me wet...
...with persperation.

I'm not best pleased, because he has just left the (quite obviously), biggest and most successful wrestling corporation, and the fact he did it in the way he did (that is, lying his way out of a contract). While a loyal WWE fan, I think it will be a boost for TNA, but at the same time, is a major blow to WWE. He needed rest, but will not get that, since TNA will naturally give him a major push over his early time with them. He's sprinting into the end of his career, and it's all his fault!

Best choice ever made by TNA and Kurt himself. TNA is the future of Pro Wrestling. Period!
Hope this helps!

I think it will be good for his career as they have a more pure wrestling based product.
My only problem is that he has released a statement claiming he was held back by the WWE. I cant really see how he can justify this. Ok maybe they in his opinion moving him to ECW was a downward step in his career but if he had shown some patience his influence on the brand could have made his career and the career of those around him rise to new levels.
I have no doubt he will rejoin WWE at a later stage and he will go on to Legendary status but you have to wonder about his state of mind at the moment and just why he is, In my opinion, burning his bridges with Vince McMahon by bad mouthing his company.

I think it's a smart business move on TNA's part. That being said, it also sickens me a bit. Angle's health is a serious issue, so much so that Vince McMahon fired Angle hoping he'd take care of himself. TNA should've stayed away until Angle's health issues are resolved.

I think it's a great move by TNA. I just hope Angle heals up a bit first before he does wrestle again.

I think he lied his *** off to get out of his WWE contract. Did you read that flippin' letter he "wrote?" He was "RETIRING" people. Heal his body, heal his family type of crap. Now he's signed with TNA? What's up with that? It begs more questions than answers right at this point. I thought his health was at jeopardy and so was his marriage. Makes me wonder why he thought he had to lie to get out of his contract? Wouldn't they have given him time to heal if he was really busted up. With the wellness policy in place and all.... they wouldn't have forced him to wrestle if he didn't want to. I had serious sympathy for the guy and everything he's given to the sport. But I'm wondering also what the hell happened in the back to cause this.
I'm happy he's in TNA, but I'm questioning how he got there.

I think it's better for him than being in WWE. TNA travels way less than WWE and the workload is much lighter. Kurt can take it easier in TNA than he could in WWE, and I think he'll benefit from the switch.

He did the same thing Christian did. Made it look like he was done for a while and then pops up in TNA.
