My hubby and I are swingers too , Would I be mad? no
The whole point of swinging is a MUTUAL agreement to enjoy others sexually w/ your partner. If my husband got more than me , Id would have enjoyed that . No you didnt do anything wrong . Maybe she is having some insecurity issues that need to be addressed , therefore , swinging really needs to put on the back burner for a while. Marraige is more important than that . And so is your woman .

No its not your fault, swinger parties can be hard to deal with because you are exchanging partners. Shes probably just jealous of all the attention you got. It maybe better to just cool down with the swingers get togethers and concentrate on your relationship for now. I'm sure that will make her happy.
