In my case it happened at the age of 12 at very old Grammar School in Buckinghamshire. During evening football practise we were chased by sixth formers who took us into the dressing room where our shorts were pulled down and we were spanked. We founr this exciting and taunted them to encourage it. This remained with me in adult life but I have been unable to do anything about it?

I do not think so. I did an article a while back in my blog called "Happy Spanking." The actual research indicates there is no correlation between adult enjoyment of erotic spanking and having been spanked as a child.
If fact just from talking with people I think those who were not disciplined with spanking as kids may have more interest in it as adults.
My own experience bears this out.
When I was in high school my Mom walked in as my boy friend was playfully spanking me. That sobered up things real quick. My big fear was Mom would give me a REAL spanking with her hairbrush--which was an entirely different thing than what we had been doing.
Both my sister and I were spanked a lot as kids. And we were usually spanked in what is considered the most "dangerous way"--on our bare rears. I have a very mild interest in erotic spanking--my sister claims to have none (which I am a little skeptical of because I think almost all girls have at least a little).

First of all, the whole football and spanking thing is really odd:/
But, I was never spanked as a kid, but love being spanked sexually so, I don't think it has to do with abuse.

I would say that your desire to be spanked is linked to that one event. But if you enjoy and its not hurting your relationship go for it!

I think things that have happened to you as a child can lead to desires in adult life,you should speak to a counsellor who deals with child abuse.
