Reliable birth control. When used correctly, you have virtually no chance of getting pregnant while on the pill, shot, or using condoms.
Abstinance is a ridiculous form of birth control for a married woman unless you want a divorce. What, you're only going to have sex the two times in your life you want a kid? I don't think so.

All methods of avoiding pregnancy come with certain disadvantages. So one must choose one or more methods as per ones convenience.
The most natural method is targeted abstinence, where you do not have intercourse from the 10th to the 20th day of your menstrual cycle. This is because the ovum is not ready for fertilisation before the 10th day and it dies after the 20th day.
Ifyou do have a intercourse in between the 10th and the 20th, make sure your partner uses a condom.
And in case the condom tears or leaks then you can count on the morning after pill, which can be taken the morning after unprotected sex.
Copper T or the Inter Uterine Device, is best for women who do not feel inconvenienced by it. After this device is put in the uterus( a visit to the doctor is required) one can have intercourse freely without the fear of conceiving.
The birth control pills is another convenient option but one has to be very regular in taking it. Most pills have to be taken regularly( a course of 7-28 pills per monthly cycle) on the prescribed day.
So, to ask for the best method of birth control method is like asking for the best food. The point is, it will differ from individual to individual. So, take your pick.

Abstinence is the best way to avoid pregnancy, but I'm sure you already knew that.
So, I guess your question is, if I want to have sex, how do I avoid pregnancy?
There are birth control pills, condoms, shots, vaginal rings that neutralize sperm, spermicidal creams, diaphragms, and the list goes on and on.
Just be smart and stay protected, no matter what form of birth control you use. Good luck!

appears like you're already 4 weeks pregnant. i'd take a being pregnant attempt to verify this. if you're then the only element you could do is both have the toddler or abort it. The morning after pill should be taken interior an afternoon or 2 after having unprotected sex. For destiny reference..you're maximum fertile about 12-16 days after your menstrual cycle..stay away from sex on the on the spot

Other than that, talk to your doctor about the choices of birth control and which method is best for you. :)
