The best advice, if you CAN'T stop or slow down your drinking, is at least to try to pace yourself so that you stick with about 1 drink per hour, 2 at the *absolute* most, and try to stop drinking for good at least an hour or two before you lay down for the night. That at least will help your body to process the liquid more evenly so that there won't be a huge "flood" coming through you within the hour or two after you go to sleep.
Of course it goes without saying that your bladder needs to be emptied in the toilet as *absolutely* the last thing you do before going to sleep. If you think of it, you could even try setting an alarm clock to wake you up about 1 hour after you first crash (I have used my cell phone for this, successfully) so that you can empty the bladder again then, since a large portion of the excess fluid gets processed during the very first hour of sleep. Of course, depending how drunk you are, you may not have the presence of mind to do this... or you could sleep through the alarm. Maybe your girlfriend could help you with this, though, especially as she is the one (besides yourself) who is most directly affected when your bladder hits the overflowing point in your sleep.
Unfortunately at 29 your bladder is probably as strong as it is ever going to be. Some people are blessed with bladders that are sturdy enough to "hold down the fort" even if they drink themselves stupid and pass out for hours afterwards... yours, evidently, isn't. You're not alone in this... I'm 28 and I usually pee the bed if I have more than about 2 drinks in a night, much less than it takes me to get "drunk" in any real sense. Alcohol, with its combination of sucking the water out of your system and making you sleep through anything, is the human bladder's worst enemy, and many a bladder just isn't equipped to deal with it. You could try making yourself hold lots of urine for as long as you can during the day to encourage your bladder to stretch more, although it probably won't make a huge amount of difference, and holding it for too long can backfire by making it harder for your bladder to empty properly. The bladder actually loses some of its elasticity with age, and at 29 it's probably about as flexible as it will ever be... so my guess is you'll just have to learn to work with the equipment God gave you, or else you (and your girlfriend) can just get used to wearing your swimsuit to bed whenever you go out drinking at night. ;)
Seriously, though, good luck, from a fellow member of the "weak bladders club"... :)

The bladder strength was good enough to start with. If you take in excess fluids, as with all drinks, wine, spirits, beer, coffee and tea etc, the body will take what it needs for energy, the rest is disposed of into the bladder. If you are too out of it to get up and go to the toilet, then when the bladder is full, it will empty itself. The result will be a smelly wet bed, and even when dry the smell will linger.

my friend used to have to carry a disposable matress protector round with her if she and her husband stayed anywhere, i assume if you know your going to do it then you already take this step. if not why not. always empty your bladder before you go to bed, try having your last drink quite a while before you go to bed and go toilet at the last minute. or get your girlfriend to wake you in the night. or even wear incontinence pads or something. obviously the best thing is give up drinking but these are other options.

I have the same problem brother and I am only 27. So your not alone. It does not help to change what you drink. Believe me I have tried. I usually stay up as long as I can and pee as much as possible before I lay down. Usually if I can sober up a bit before I sleep (pass out) I have a better chance of waking myself up if I have to go.

Premature ejaculation can be cured with natural methods. One really good one you can follow is http://www.goobypls.com/r/rd.asp?gid=565
When a man is suffering from premature ejaculation, he is often climaxing before his partner and in the case of most men it is difficult if not impossible for them to continue intercourse after ejaculating. That’s because chemicals are released when a man ejaculates and these are the same chemicals that make a person feel sleepy and/or not aroused. It’s not that they have suddenly lost interest; just their brain is telling them that the sex is over. This effect is more prominent after intercourse than after masturbation because intercourse actually causes four times more of these chemicals to be released. If premature ejaculation occurs frequently, it can lead to embarrassment for the man and sexual frustration for both partners.
Cheers ;)

I know a man that does this. He's tried everything but so far nothing has worked. He just has to try to not get too drunk. Tipsy and he's okay, but a massive boozathon and there's no hope!

You cant stop drinking mate! lol if you wana get pissed get pissed, theres nothing wrong with it. I dont know if it really works, but everytime you need the toilet youre meant to hold it in for as long as u possibly can - apparently that will help strengthen youre bladder, but im not sure. Try it and see. gd luck
