Yes, London is the capital only of England. Scotland Wales and Northern Ireland have their own capitals. We are indeed a small island but made up of separate countries-hence United and Kingdom.

YES.
The United Kingdom of Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales) and Northern Ireland has the one capital and it is London, even though Belfast is the capital in Northern Ireland and Edinburgh is the capital of Scotland, London overrules them all.
