The best play and the worst call was Ohio States pick 6 against Penn State when OSU CB (not sure who) tipped-toed down the sideline and clearly spiked the ball on the 1 and the ball went into the end zone and went out of bounds the score should have been 14-6 Penn States ball on the 20.
Another bad call was OU and Oregon on the onside kick when Oregon touched before 10 yards when the ref signaled Oregon ball and was reviewed and not overturned

The most amazing play to date this year, to me, was Jerricho Cotchery's TD reception against the Patriots in Week 2. And I have to say the worst call was by the Pac-10 officials in the Oregon/Oklahoma game (onside kick and the Pass Interference)

Best play was probably TJ Houshmandzadeh's catch for Cincinnati against Pittsburgh yesterday.
Worst call is undoubtedly the onside kick call in the Oregon/Oklahoma game.

Several of the calls in the Super Bowl could qualify for worst call. And the interference call that cost the Patriots a TD in their playoff game against Denver was pretty bad too.

The best play was the N.C State come-from-behind 40-yard TD pass, in the closing seconds of the 4th quarter.

The worst call? Well, I may be biased, but I think it's a non-call. The Patsies were offside on that safety, but, of course, they weren't called for it...
