No I am not afraid of getting older. The alternative is not getting any older (dieing)

I've got some age on me now and outside of the money/longevity/health issues its really quite nice.
We do what we can to provide for our needs in the future and that does mean we have to be a bit careful, but not frugal. In fact, I kind of like it because I don't have to please so many people at the expense of my own personality. I can drive an old car, because I really don't care about cars. I can paint my bathroom red, because I want to. I can read until 3am if the book is good, and no one tells me go to sleep. I can take classes just because they are interesting. I am married and very happy with him and that's a blessing. Getting older can be very liberating.

afraid of getting older??? is that the question?
if it is, I sure hope not as I'm 52 now. the only thing I'm afraid of is being the victim of a terrorist attack. I won't change my lifestyle because of them and give in. I just want to die from old age in a world with peace.

no, im not afraid of getting old, since, as someone said before getting old is just a state of mind and in my mind i will always be young and gorgeous! lol ... i mean, it's just a matter of attitude...dont you think so?

my office retired me. my parents died. my children getting married and away from me.so iam afraid
