I read the answers so far and most people said death of family and loved ones. I would agree with that but have already received that bad news for my mom, dad and both brothers. I received the bad news that my wife wanted a divorce. I faced the news 5 times I would be in life threatening surgery. After all that there is not much bad news left .

i try to never preconceive bad news or how i'll feel about it, it's just so much wasted energy. you will never know until it happens.
