15. No. There is no destiny or fixed fate.
16. No. All are valuable, but of course, blood is usually thicker than water if push comes to shove.
17. No. Humans are capable of moral choice, and due to this also have inherent moral value that other things cannot attain. Humans have moral obligations to themselves and others, and perhaps towards other living and non-living things, because of our inherent moral value and capacities. God need not be invoked.
18. But Grasshopper, what is true happiness?
19. Depends. All drugs are not the same. Growing marijuana for personal use, with penalties for DUI, should be decriminalized for adults - society could handle it more or less the same way alcohol is regulated. It makes less sense to decriminalize drugs which breed violence at home or abroad, which can be supplied only by criminal gangs and/or underground chemists, and which are dangerously addictive or inherently damaging to the brain - and the logistics of decriminalization are much harder to conceptualize for drugs that are trafficked internationally.
BTW: I suppose that you are familiar with Winston Churchill's quote that "Democracy is the worst form of government except all those other forms that have been tried from time to time."?

15. The future is not fixed. It is determined by each choice that each individual makes.
16. No one life is more valuable over another.
17. There doesn't have to be a God to determine what is right and wrong. It is human instinct to make those determinations.
18. You need to ask yourself that question.
19. Absolutely not. Prescription or non prescription, some have mind alterating effects depending on the drug. There are over the counter drugs that are addictive and ruin people's lives. There are too many people out there that have no self control over their actions and what they put in their bodies.

15 No- Absolutely not. Destiny plays a small role only in how your life unfolds based upon the environment you are brought up in. After that, it's a crap shoot based upon decisions that that individual makes.
16 Unfair question since all lives have value
17 God does exist as explained in question 4
18 Yes
19 How about - The possesion of drugs by an individual informed as to their side affects or potential impact on their life should be allowed. Free will?
