Those answering 49ers, Cardinals, Browns and Lions are wrong. Those teams are not good but at least they have some good parts, some good young players, etc. The Browns are snake-bit when it comes to injuries and are struggling to play through them.
The Texans are bad but at least their pass offense is not horrible. Before this weekend Carr was the highest rated QB in the league and Johnson is a quality receiver.
The Packers won this weekend but they are still a bad team. They are missing so many parts and Favre is at his worse when he is trying to hard to make up for a lack of talent in other positions. They are not the worse though. It comes down to two.
The Raiders have very little talent anywhere and the talented players they have are team chemistry killers. Their coach is a guy who should be in the Hall of Fame but not for coaching. Shell is a nice guy who is in over his head and Al Davis is a senile old coot. They are the worst...right now.
The Bucs have been bad and a great disappointment, but not the worst. With the loss of their starting QB for most, if not all, of the season, it looks like things are only going to get worse in Tampa. If the Raiders don't watch out the Bucs could take their crown. And I love Jon Gruden as a coach.

tossup. Texans or Raiders. Lamont Jordan and Randy Moss are both taleneted players but without an O-Line and a QB they're worthless. The Texans, on the other hand, have soo much potential. but unfortunately they dont act upon it. David Carr is a good QB and he's got threats in Andre Johnson and Eric Moulds. Domanick Davis is a star that can't stay off the training bikes and the Texans D isn't god awful.... but its not good either. they do have young talent however.... so i'm changin my answer. the worst team in the NFL IS the Raiders.

Its a toss up between the Raiders and the Texans... The problem with the Raiders is Al Davis, and his idea to hire Art Shell after a decade away from footbal, plus their offensive coordinator owned a bed and breakfast last year!
The Texans could at least score if they had Reggie Bush.... Now they cant score and still cant stop others from scoring. Its just pathetic.

I would say the Oakland Raiders because not only is there current team not good, but they do not have any real plan for the future and they do not have a crop of young, talented players who are on a path of growth. At least the Texans have some talent on their team.

I will say the Oakland Raiders. They are a team in utter disaray. The Texans are bad but they do have a lot of talent and potential they just need some help in the secondary and now.

We'll find out after the Raiders/Browns game and after the Texans/Browns game, one or both or all of these teams will be lucky to win at least two games this year, that might be pushing it, we might see a couple 1-15 teams this year.
