Which personality theory do you think offers the best explanation for how an individual's personality develops; Genetic, Environmental, or Cultural? Why?

Why exclusively one? The answer is obviously that all play a factor, so it's a BAD answer to choose one.

I would have to say all 3 influence in some way how our personality is formed. Genetically - we either love who our parents are and what they work/stand for and want to mimic them so we get influenced by them and their decisions or we hate them and want to be so different that we rebel and go of on some weird tangent of life.
Environment the same we have kids brought up in warm loving wealthy environments who turn out great some turn out horrid. We have kids who pull themselves out of poverty and crime to become great individuals,
Culture I think is close to environment some accept some fight it.
