I swore those things off in the 80's. What's up????? I am perfectly fine with a nice boot cut jean.

i agree!boot cuts have so much style,very flattering.those legging,skinny 80's things look terrible unless you are 102 pounds and built like kate moss or audrey hepburn,also,even if ur thin,a lot of people have knees that are crooked and hit together,i was skinny in the 80's,but i hated those pants because of my crooked knees.im not even gonna try this time,but it sux ! i like to keep up with fashion,i dont want to look like a typical "soccer mom",but untill the skinny jean goes out,theres no way i'll even try it.frankly,im surprised they brought it back-with the hi rates of obesity today,a lot of todays teens wont be flattered by this look,either,and that will be very frustrating to them,im sure.this is one style thats GOTTA GO-FAST !!!!!!!

I will not be wearing skinny jeans! Yes, give me the boot cut jeans. The tapered leg look is so old fashioned looking. I have the hardest time finding jeans I like and now everything is the goofy skinny leg.

Yay for boot cut! Why can't people see that tapered leg pants look so terrible? I dated a guy who wore tapered leg pants until I made him go buy some better ones. Give it a few months, they'll go away again.

I know! I look horrible in that type of jean btw..Horrible! And now its the IT thing? WTF?! I'm still going to be unfashionable and wear flared jeans..They fit my body type best..The tapered "skinny" jeans make someone look like a fat azz unless there a size zero..They'll be out by next year..Not gonna waste money on em

It's just a trend, they will be out of style in six months. Stick with the bootcut, they are much more flattering.
