i think a groupie would probably do all the crazy things that a groupie does like create a fan club fallow the artist all around knows every little thing bout the artist while a fan would just like whatever this famose person does they dont obsesse bout him/her.

i always thought that a groupie slept with the band members..got back stage...followed them to every gig...yes, i think you loose your following when you are no longer famous.
