I've had a couple lately and because you are dreaming you think it's reality. it certainly gives you an adrenaline rush.

I think Nightmares are great! Like you said: you get a proper buzz from them without the risk associated to the activity!

I don't understand why more people don't enjoy them!

Hmmmn, I think you could, if you were either particularly sick, or particularly facsinated by horror films or violent games, find violent or "scary" dreams exciting, and as such, enjoyable. However, a nightmare is something personal to you that particularly upsets you, even though someone else may see no problem with its content, be it the death of a pet, the loss of a prized possession, or your involvement in a situation which would arouse great anxiety in you. As such, I would suggest it is possible to enjoy "bad dreams" if you were in that way inclined, but not nightmares, as, if you can enjoy it, you are therefore not completely wracked with fear, sadness, and anxiety, and it is therefore not a nightmare at all.

No, I don't enjoy nightmares one little bit!
They seem real and I usually wake up still feeling scared and at the same time relieved that it was just a nightmare!

Alberto lmao!

Yeah I love them. Occasionally I have the kind that affect my body in a strange way, which are horrible. But I get over it as soon as I realise what just happened. At the time it is not that great though.

I like the adventure and drama of it all (dreaming), whether they be good or bad.

yeah. i always dream that some maniac is trying to kill me or that im dying in a car crash. the reason i like nightmares like that is because they scare me. its like a scary movie that i cant push pause on and i cant cover my eyes. and everymorning i wake up im amazed that my heart is beating so fast because of a dream that wasnt even real.

Depends which nightmares for me. If the nightmare is to show me something-- trying to tell me something-- alright then. If it's just pure fear and/or disgust, forget it!
