I weigh 120lbs now and i am 5'2".

Do plenty of cardio! Run, swim, use the elliptical machine, stationary bike or go bike riding. Watch your calorie in take; eat fewer calories than you are burning. You will lose weight all over if you exercise regularly & eat right.

Yes-Forget it! I realy cannot see why you need to do this. Your weight for your height is good-to lose that amount of weight in 4 weeks is crazy. You cannot just lose it from one area. If you lose 10 pounds it will come off of every part of you. What is your reason for wanting to lose it so quickly? If you have a flabby belly, go for stomach crunches or something. Cut down on the carbs lik bread which bloat you.

Try to run with a dog if you have one or you could just go running by urself i tried it for a week i ended up loseing like 4 pounds but its not the same thing try running for atleast an hour but eat very heathy and dont eat much junk food

First of all cut out all sugar, no more soft drinks. Then eat smaller portions . I had to go buy smaller plates so they looked like they were full with the smaller portions. Try to do sit ups and some walking. Good Luck!

first of all dont rush into anything extreme.you seem fine to me. but i i know how it is when you really really wish those last pounds went off!here's what i did (i now weigh 115 lbs, with 5.4 height). i counted daily intake of calories and tried not to exceed 900-1000 calories per day. i also watched where these calories came from. i mean it is NOT ok to keep your calories within 900 but have taken them from junk food.then i exercised in my own home, like dancing and aerobic moves with the music i liked and not every day. i guess what i mean is dont push yourself too hard.really this calories counting from healthy food helped me lose weight.

I lost 30 pounds in two weeks by cutting arms and head room in a plastic black bag and ran a mile each day by doing this so try it and it'll work.

THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS TARGETED WEIGHT LOSS.

arm exercise will NOT make you lose arm fat.
crunches will NOT make you lose belly fat.
leg lifts and squats will NOT make you lose leg fat.

your only option is diet combined with regular exercise, to lose weight all around.

you can do it! just stay motivated.
