I have friends who go to University of British Columbia in Vancouver, Canada, who seem to be enjoying a wonderful education and looking forward to an exciting career. In Australia, I recommend Adelaide University--many prominent figures graduate from this university.
For the ranking of USA universities on the internet, try searching "princeton review" on the internet. "Princeton Review" is known to be one of USA's most helpful source of information on university life.
