Strength must come from within. One does not need to be positive every day, as long as one strives for balance in their lives. There will be some days when you simply cannot be positive no matter what. It is important to accept this and balance it with the days that you can.

Make an effort to stay positive. Say nothing negative, have a cheery attitude. It is not easy for most people. I have tried to be positive, but the way the world is today, something always brings a negative comment, thought, etc. It is hard to stay positive, but just try to do your best. Let others be negative.

I personally begin everyday with a prayer, acknowledge i am grateful God has given me yet another day. Count my blessings instead of dwelling on the negative happenings of the moment. This works for me. You can always find something positive in your life, you woke up this day, therefore you have a chance to make it better.

1.Spend some time each and every morning talking to God and ask the Holy Spirit to guide your words and your actions throughout the day.
2.Count your blessings...take time to stop and think what you have been blessed with or saved from.
All this can be done in a matter of minutes but the effects last up to 24 hours! (better than the leading nasal decongestant)

Eating an Apple every day is a very positive approach to daily diet. Giving thanks to God for the apple and everything else is positive attitude. Giving an apple (or what ever else is needed) to someone else in need is even more positive because deeds speak clearly of positive attitudes. Sincerely

I get up every day and say to myself, "Just for today - no matter what - I can smile and be pleasant to others - and try to find something to be happy about."
I know what I'm talking about because I lost my 15-year-old son to leukemia - and this has helped me get through each day since.
You have a choice - we all have just 24 hours and you can choose to be happy or sad - the choice is yours.

I feel positive when I focus on helping others instead of thinking about myself. I woke up alive today when others did not. My needs (food, shelter, clothing) are met, and others are not so fortunate. When I think of these things, I develop am attitude of gratitude, and focus on the positive.
