Recommend a toner for me!?

I have combination skin, T-zone oily, cheeks area dry. I also have dehydrated skin. What brand of toner is more suitable for me? I prefer a non-alcohol one cos i feel alcohol ones are too strong and i dont want my skin to dry out.

Neutrogena has an alcohol free toner that works for combo skin. I have combo skin as well and I use Clean and Clear's Morning Burst Toner along with the same line fo face wash and moisturizer. The toner has alcohol in it, but you don't feel it cause it doesn't sting but it's really refreshing on the skin. It has Vitamin C and Ginseng in it as well.

I have a great idea for you. If you have cable TV, go to HSN tonight and watch out for Wei-East. It is a skin care product I discovered 2 years ago and it is very, very good. I used exclusively a product that the cleaners started at $95. for 7 ozs. until Wei-East which is a fraction of the cost and does all that and more. The rep has one more night tonight. If you miss it go to their web-site and keyword: Wei-east. You can try a kit with their divine toners which will be affordable and if you don't like it, you get to return the stuff within 30 days for a refund and no questions asked. but I warn you, you will get hooked.

I know people who use Proactive but they are usually people who had very bad acne problems.

I have similar skin to you & I find Boots No7 range works really well. I think it is only available in the U.K. though.

If you need an international brand, I would recommend Clarins.

YSL has good toner (Yves St. Laurent, kind of expensive, get it at your more upscale department stores such as Macy's).

I also think Neutrogena has some good facial products, and they are less expensive and you can usually find them in your grocery or drug store.
