I don't believe Survivor Series has it.

Kane and Umaga have not be against each other enough to warrent a Hell in the Cell match. Nor is their rival a main event. I don't see another Hell in the Cell until New Year's Revolution or maybe ever WM.

I dont know about the next hell in a cell match but there will be a steel cage match between rey and chavo
and heres a few more matches for no mercy
Finlay vs. Batista
Lashley vs. King Booker for the World Heavyweight Champioship
Rey Mysterio vs. Chavo Guerrero in a Steel Cage match
Undertaker vs. Mr. Kennedy
