There are left handed (spiralled) snails in the southern hemisphere. Water goes down the plug the other way down there too, the same with snails, their shells grow in the opposite direction

Since snails don't have hands, I'm gonna take a shot and say no. Or right handed for that matter.

its been proved that left handed ppl have quicker reflexes so would that make a snail quicker ....who knows
